Details: The Hydra Singlebuoy is located 13 km offshore of Rio Cullen at the north of San Sebastian, it is in the Terminal, which is operated by French oil company "TOTAL AUSTRAL."

The ground storage tanks have a capacity of 60,000 CBM of crude oil.

The Hydra complex consists of two fixed platforms, Center Hydra and North Hydra, interconnected vía a submarine pipeline from the Hydra center to the processing and storage plant in Rio Cullen. Oil, gas and water are pumped ashore for processing and oil is stored, processed and returned to the SPM buoy to be loaded in ocean and coastal ships.

Authorities, Coast Guard, Customs, and Immigration, are based in Rio Grande.

Diameter pipe connections load: 12”
Load estimated rate: 1500 m3/hr.The terminal is closed when the wave height exceeds 2 meters or when the wind exceeds 25 knots.

San Sebastián is located 90 km north of the Rio Grande.

Details: located south of San Sebastian Bay, is a storage terminal connected by a pipe to a SPM, Mono-buoy. This terminal is operated by APACHE CORP.
Authorities, Coast Guard, Customs, and Immigration are based in Rio Grande.
